Eligibility
Participation in Kernan Capital's private investment funds is limited to accredited investors and qualified purchasers as defined under applicable U.S. federal securities laws. All prospective investors are subject to a suitability review prior to any investment.
Accredited Investor
An individual with net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding primary residence) or annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 jointly) in each of the two most recent years.
Qualified Purchaser
An individual or family-owned business owning not less than $5 million in investments, or certain institutional investors owning and investing on a discretionary basis at least $25 million.
Institutional Investors
Endowments, foundations, family offices, and other institutional entities meeting applicable eligibility thresholds are welcome to inquire.
